Christopher Shaw - Biggest Ever MO Powerball Winner ($258 Million)

On April, 21, 2010, Christopher Shaw bought a couple of Powerball tickets. Little did he know that he would, subsequently, become the biggest ever lottery winner in MO history. But that he is - He is now $258 million richer, thanks to the Powerball lottery!

People that know Christopher Shaw say that he is a great guy and are happy that it happened to him. Christopher's happy for himself too! He was born poor and had been struggling to pay off his bills. In fact, he had less than $30 in his bank account when he bought those Powerball tickets. Now, he is just relieved that he'll be able to pay those bills!

What's first on the list for this now rich man? Well, he wants new front teeth! He had lost his two front teeth because he didn't properly care for them. Now he could afford to buy new ones! They're gonna look great!

At the time of his win, Christopher was living in Alton, Missouri and working for minimum wage at a convenience store. In fact, he had only been there for three weeks prior to winning the lottery. It is the same store where he bought the winning ticket. His girlfriend actually called him to tell him that she heard that someone from his store had bought the winning ticket. So Christopher checked his ticket and that's when he found out that it was him! Ironically, the biggest Powerball winner in MO history hasn't even decided if he will be quitting his minimum wage job at the convenience store; he might just keep working there.

Aside from the new front teeth, Christopher Shaw also plans to use the money to take his kids, and his girlfriends' kids, to Disney World.
