Brad Forbes Accidentally Wins A Lot Of Money

Have you ever been at the store, lining up to pay for something, and witnessed somebody wanting to cancel their lottery ticket that they just had printed? There are many different reasons why people end up canceling lottery tickets, but it's usually because the retailer printed out the wrong game. Anyway, I'm going to give you a little tip - Don't ever let anybody cancel a ticket; just buy it yourself. Why? I've heard of a few stories about people not wanting their ticket (Either canceling them or letting somebody else take them) and then those tickets end up being big winners.

Here's an example of this happening - A man named Brad Forbes, from Newport News, Virginia, was in a local store when the retailer told him that the guy that was just in there left two "Win For Life" lotto tickets without paying for them. So Brad, deciding to help out the clerk, paid for the tickets and took them with him. What do you think happened next? Of course, Brad won big money. He actually won a lot of money, literally accidentally because he didn't even intend to play the lottery that day. In fact, Brad says that he is only a casual lottery player.

The Win For Life game that Brad Forbes won on has a top prize of $1000 a week for life. The second prize is $52,000. Both of Brad's tickets actually won the second prize. That means that he won $104,000 in total. Unbelievable!

When asked what he planned to do with the money that he accidentally won, Brad said that he hoped to do some good deeds with it.
